1. The "Pending" Lockdown (Bulk Load)
Before sending a single email, the system grabs your entire segment list and injects it into the database queue in a single, lightning-fast "Bulk Upsert" transaction. Everyone starts with a status of
pending. -
2. Asynchronous Batches
The server fires off emails in simultaneous batches of 50. It does not wait for database confirmation before sending the next email. As success signals return from the server, it flips the individual statuses to
sentin the background without slowing down the pipeline. -
3. The Resume Memory
If the campaign pauses (manually or via the Daily Quota Safety Brake), the database remembers exactly who is
sentand who ispending. When resuming, the engine queries only the pending contacts, performs a fresh mathematical A/B split, and continues. It is impossible to double-send.

Every single email sent contains an unsubscribe link at the footer. You do not need to add it yourself; it is mandatory.
2. Instant & Permanent Block
The moment a contact clicks "Unsubscribe", their status is
set to false. Our engine checks this status the split-second before
dispatching any future email. They are silently blocked forever.
3. Automatic Bounce Protection
To keep our reputation high and ensure your emails don't end up in spam folders, we automatically handle "Bounces" (emails that couldn't be delivered).
- β Hard Bounce (Permanent): If an email address doesn't exist, we block it instantly so you never waste money sending to it again.
- β Soft Bounce (Temporary): If an inbox is full, we try 3 more times. If it still fails, we block it for 30 days to protect your account.
4. Daily Quota Safety Brake (Reputation Protection)
To protect our sender reputation and stay within Resend's free-tier limits, the system enforces a strict 80-email/day sending limit.
- β Auto-Rescheduling: If a broadcast hits the daily quota, the system will not drop your emails. It automatically pauses the remaining queue and reschedules them to send automatically at 08:00 AM the following morning.
- β Manual Override: You can track live usage or toggle this "Safety Mode" ON/OFF using the settings (βοΈ) icon in the top-right corner of the main dashboard. Only disable this after upgrading to a premium sending tier.
